Working Experience: Otar has rich working experience for major auditing companies in Georgia, such as “Ernst and Young”, “Baker Tilly” and “Nexia TA”. 

Education: Otar has a Masters of Administration Degree from “Grenoble Graduate School of Business” and a bachelor’s degree from the “Caucasus school of business”. Also he has courses at Ministry of Finance – “Georgian tax code”
