
Shahryar Hakimi
INVESTMENT PROJECTS ADVISORShahryar Hakimi is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Solsuus LLC. As an international corporate lawyer, he has over 20 years of hands-on experience in the United States and West Asia. Also he has an in-depth knowledge of international and regional issues.
As a 1990 Alumnus of the Georgetown University Law Center (J.D.) and a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
Mr. Hakimi has consistently set a career delegation to the delivery of high quality professional consulting services with a strong dedication to public interest matters and support for charitable/non-government organizations.
Besides, as the co-founder and managing partner of CT&H in the 1990s (an international law firm and business consultancy group focusing on the development of resources and financing in West Asia), he served major international petroleum companies in identifying and negotiating multi-billion-dollar energy projects.
Mr. Hakimi has also actively supported several activities and organizations on a pro-bono basis. As a member of the Board of Directors and Successor Custodian of Hakimi Charitable Foundation (HCF, Founded in 1958).
As a member of the Board of Directors/Trustees of the Society for Protection & Assistance to Socially Disadvantaged Individuals (SPASDI, Founded in 1999), and the Society for Protection & Assistance of Handicapped Children & Youth (TAVANYAB, Founded in 1999), he has supported SPASDI’s work in addressing the needs of the vulnerable segment of the population in dealing with topics such as HIV/AIDS, Addiction, the Status of Women, and Tavanyab’s free physical rehabilitation work for disabled children under the age of 14. Mr. Hakimi also headed SPASDI’s 2003 earthquake emergency relief efforts in Bam for the initial seven months. He also assisted in developing projects and securing funding from international and American donor organizations.
