Working Experience: Khatia started her career from the Assistant of School of Business and Administrative Studies at The University of Georgia.

After that, she became a Trainer at Export Development Association (EDA), and a Manager of the School of Business and Administrative Studies. Also a lecturer at The University of Georgia and Certified Public Sector Auditor.

Education: Khatia graduated from Business Administration in the field of Finance at The University of Georgia. She has an MBA diploma with honors.

She has obtained Certificates in training of “Leadership and Youth Activities Management”, Effective Customer Service Training, Practical Course in Accounting and computer program “ORIS”, training of creative learning methods in entrepreneurship education.

Also “IBS Accounting based on 1C platform”, “Entrepreneurship and Innovation”, “Financial decision making in micro and small enterprises and Cooperation with financial institutions”, Learner Centred Teaching – a course for innovative teachers ERASMUS+ project “Sustainable learner-centered Teaching – Advanced Resource for Georgia and China” (STAR).
